We ship all orders via Australia Post.

Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.

Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, quantity and selected service.

Tracking
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can track your delivery directly through Australia Post.

Delivery Notes
Orders are delivered on business days only. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Polar is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, item must be unused in original condition and packaging.

Change of Mind
If you change your mind, you can return your item within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged: contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected: approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear
