Will Polar work with my phone?
Yes. Polar is designed to work with MagSafe compatible iPhones, cases and accessories.
If your phone or cover is not MagSafe compatible, every bottle includes a magnetic ring that can be applied to your device or case for the same functionality.
For the best experience, we recommend using a smooth, flat phone case.
Will my phone still hold if the bottle is empty?
Yes. Polar is designed to securely hold your phone even when the bottle is empty. The strength and stability can vary depending on your phone size, case thickness and viewing angle. Slim to standard cases typically hold with ease across most positions, while heavier or bulkier cases may become less stable at more extreme tilt angles or rotations.
Can it hold my iPad?
With water inside, yes. When empty, it may not provide enough weight for larger devices like an iPad.
Is it stable on different surfaces?
Yes. It’s designed to sit securely on flat surfaces like benches, gym floors and desks.
Can I put it in the dishwasher?
We recommend hand washing to maintain the finish and longevity of the bottle.
Will the magnet affect my phone?
No. The magnetic connection is safe for everyday use and similar to standard MagSafe accessories.
Will it fit in my car cup holder?
It depends on your vehicle. It fits some standard cup holders, but not all.
Is it leak-proof?
The bottle uses a straw lid for easy access, so it’s not fully leak-proof if tipped or shaken.
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery is typically 2–6 business days within Australia.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days, provided the item is unused and in original condition.
